Terms of Service

Last updated April 27, 2026. By using Standard Equity, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Standard Equity. By using the service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Nature of the Service

Standard Equity provides financial data and algorithmic and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes:

• Investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security
• A solicitation or offer of any kind
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Standard Equity is not regulated as a financial service.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Financial data is sourced from third-party providers and public filings. We make no representation or warranty that any data, calculation, projection, or AI-generated analysis is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. AI-generated reports may produce incorrect or hallucinated information.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Any reliance on information provided by Standard Equity is at your own risk. Always do your own research and consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly through Creem, our merchant of record.
• You can cancel at any time via the customer portal at /account. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are displayed exclusive of tax. VAT, GST, or sales tax is added at checkout based on your jurisdiction.
• We do not issue refunds for partial months. EU consumers — see "EU Right of Withdrawal" below.
• We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers retain their current price for the active billing period.
• If a recurring payment fails, Creem will retry per its standard schedule. If payment is not collected after retries, your subscription ends and access is removed.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. By starting a subscription and accessing pro features, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once you have used the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from Standard Equity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report data without our written permission
• Use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights
• Share your account credentials (one human per subscription)

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section without refund.

Service Availability

Standard Equity is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Standard Equity, its operator, and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@standard-equity.report. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or for legal compliance reasons.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent site notice.
